Funding your treatment

Our fee for a new consultation is £225.  This will be invoiced to you after consultation.  Settlement of the invoice needs to be directly to us.  Please note Spire do not collect our consultation fees.

During the consultation we may perform a speculum examination.  Spire charge separately for this.

Our fee for a follow up consultation is £165.

Please be aware that any test or investigation during a consultation will incur a charge by us and by Spire. Before you proceed with a test or investigation, please ask for a price.

If a biopsy is taken during a consultation, there will be a fee from Spire, the laboratory, the histopathologist and ourselves.

Spire holds a very limited stock of pessaries.  Due to supply issues some pessaries are no longer available. Please speak to one of us if you need to know more.  If you require a pessary, there will be a consultation fee and an insertion fee of the pessary and a Spire will charge a fee for supplying it and insertion.

If you require an operation, we can provide you with a procedure code to discuss with your insurers. If you are funding your own treatment we can provide a price for the operation to be performed either at Spire Hospital, Norwich or as a private patient at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital (the latter is not currently available).
